Ag-Tech Headquarters, South San Francisco (Permitted)

A 16,000 square foot warehouse renovation into a complete work environment including employee café, all-hands on meeting space, labs, break outs, conference and board rooms, a library and all the little touches that make work here fun. New skylights and double height openings wash the space with natural light. The project includes a new elevator, steels staircase and railings and 12 new restrooms (6 all-gender). Modern “farmhouse” meets high tech efficiency in this state-of-the-art, warm and collaborative work environment.
