rendering of law firm office with glass walled conference room and an open workspace with waterfall marble island and bar stools

Law Firm, Jack London Square, Oakland, CA (Permitted)

A second-floor 4,000 square foot tenant improvement in a mixed-used building on the Oakland waterfront.

Partner offices share light deep into the space through a steel (like) glazing system. Warm woods and custom light fixtures and storage solutions bring a bit of home into this mid-century office building. The project rethinks the typical law office paradigm with shared workspaces, cozy breakouts and built-in niches to display meaningful objects from case histories. Scope of work includes a copy room, two new accessible bathrooms and a staff kitchen.
