An all-over remodel that completely reimagines the home's relationship to its remarkable setting which overlooks the Sugarloaf protected open space. The design reduces the massing and square footage of an existing 4,500 square foot structure and breaks it up into appropriately scaled volumes connected with light, views, and generous spaces perfect for indoor-outdoor entertaining.
